Advanced Warning - Planned system maintenance Thursday 25th November to Monday 13th December

Ofcom are in the process of upgrading their Finance systems and as such licensing services will be significantly reduced between Thursday 25th November to Monday 13th December

Licence applications

During this time Online Licensing services via the Community Portal will be unavailable and we will not be able to process any licence applications internally where fees are incurred.

The Online Payment Portal will also be unavailable, this means that payments via Debit or Credit Card won't be possible. You can still submit a payment via BACS but your payment confirmation and/or licence document won't be available until after Thursday 25th November to Monday 13th December

Please submit any urgent applications well ahead of the planned maintenance to help reduce the risk of delay. In addition please ensure payments for outstanding invoices are made in advance of Thursday 25th November

Our Spectrum Licensing team will still be available to answer any general enquiries via email or telephone during this time. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

The information you provide during the course of your online payment will be used by Ofcom to keep a record of your payment. This record will consist of the cardholder's name, the invoice amount and the invoice number. Ofcom does not retain your card details.

This information may be provided by Ofcom to law enforcement agencies (such as the police and other third parties) for crime and taxation purposes and the discharging of functions relating to regulatory activities.
